Police chase, single car crash kills 32-year-old man in Cordelle

CORDELLE, GA – A police chase turned into a single-vehicle crash in Cordelle Monday and claimed a man’s life. 

The collision occurred around 1 am on GA-7, 13 WMAZ reported. 

A driver of a blue Hyundai Sonata was trying to get away from Turner County Deputies. As a result, the driver lost control of his vehicle and traveled off course. 

The driver drove through a driveway and hit multiple trees. 

Police identified the driver as Marcus Jameil Hall, 32. 

Hall succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
