Narrative
ELDORADO, GA – A 61-year-old man died, and his wife, a 61-year-old woman was sent to a hospital after the man crashed his pickup truck into a Bobtail truck, leading the 2019 Ford-150 to catch on fire.
This collision happened on I-75 North after 12 p.m. Monday. The couple was identified as Frederick and Sandra Winn from Roswell, GA.
First responders declared Frederick dead at the scene, and Sandra was taken to Tift Regional Hospital.
Officials shut down two lanes at the I-75 and Omega-Eldorado Road junction for the scene clearance and investigation process and later reopened all lanes.
