DECATUR, GA – A 16-year-old boy lost his life after he was fatally struck by a vehicle at the East College Avenue and Commerce Drive junction before 7:30 p.m. Monday. Kevin Valenta of Scottsdale, Georgia, succumbed to fatal injuries at the scene. Police are investigating this crash and have not provided more information at this time.
