SANDY SPRINGS, GA – Two people were hospitalized after their car rolled over when they were struck by a hit-and-run driver on I-285 East around midnight Sunday. Both were taken to Grady Memorial Hospital for minor and critical-life-threatening injuries. The person who sustained minor wounds has been released. At the time of reporting, officials shut down the lanes and reopened all two hours later. There has been no official word on the suspect and what vehicle they drove.
