Getting into a car crash can leave drivers confused and anxious. It’s is not always clear what they should do, and calling the insurance company can be even more confusing. The insurance company will request the accident report, a legal document that requires both drivers to describe precisely all the details of the accident, including who was involved in the accident and specific information regarding exactly what happened and the location of the crash.
In 2020, there were 331,798 car accidents in Georgia, with 124,493 injuries from those crashes. Crashes are frightening no matter who is at fault, and they are all too common on Georgia’s roads and highways.
